Cabin types

Modular cab concept, and the different Cabin types which we typically develop for our OEM customers:

Full cabin

Assembled straight on your machine, plug and play.

Empty cabin

Glazed, sealed, watertight, with low or minimum amount of interior trim and components.

Open cabin

Canopy style structure, open frame type, assembled to your requirement.

Safety bracket

A roll over frame, fulfilling minimum safety requirement for your machine.

Modular future?

Sekura Cabins individually designed modular solutions reduce initial investment as well as production costs for specialised cabin manufacture, and offer high flexibility within your product range.

The benefits of modular cab design are significant both at the supply and manufacturing stage, as well as during the machine lifecycle. The key to successful modular design lies in understanding the technical requirements for all your machine types and ranges at the instal stage of the design process, allowing us to design create the specific modular frame geometry from the start. It is at the concept stage that most of the advantage scan be realised and evaluated in order to ensure the best final solution.

For every machine manufacturer, each new product release often brings a new look to the product range, and each separate next-gen project almost always ends up with different construction methods, materials, hardware and increased quality and performance, at Sekura we ai mto make the most of modular design and latest state of the art construction techniques.

Plusses

The cabins typical properties which we strive to reach market outperforming level are:

Resilience against rough and tough environment

Our cabs are manufactured with resilience built-in from the start. They are designed with the intention to last the life of your machine.

Functionality

We take note of your functional requirements and offer practical solutions to ensure that your machines meet with user requirements. Every application is unique. We listen to you and your end users and provide the best solutions to help ensure that your machine can do the business!

Ergonomics

Ergonomics is the key to unlock the performance and productivity of your machine. We take care to incorporate good ergonomic geometry in every aspect of our cabs. Our cabs are not just cabs. They are operator workstations!

Low noise

We design our cabs to not only keep noise out of the operators working environment, but also construct our interiors in a way that the minimum amount of noise and vibration is generated inside, during machine operations. Our cabs are the place to be when the going gets tough!

Visibility

Establishing the vision from the operator seat begins before we design the safety structure of every cab frame we produce. We believe there is no substitute for direct sight of the operators field of view. Our safety frames are designed to offer the best possible vision lines.

Sustainability

Sekura has always made efforts to build in sustainability into everything we produce. Our products require the least amount of energy to produce, due to our modular design & construction methods. Our products are durable and long lasting. They are also in many cases repairable, giving a greater sustainability value.T he majority of our materials can be recycled.

Safety

Operator safety is why our company exists. Our company was founded with the sole aim of keeping the machine operator safe. We use simulation software and carry out physical tests in order to ensure the highest safety standards. ‘Sekura’…..It’s in the name

Customized design

Every working application is unique. Many of our customers demand cabs that meet their individual requirements. One of our key strengths is in providing cabins specific to each customers specification at a cost that is extremely competitive with no delay in supply or reduction in quality.

Comfort

A comfortable working environment is essential when many working ours are spent operating your machines. Particularly when operating in harsh environments. Many of our cabs function 24/7 for twelve months of the year in extremely hot and cold environments. We endeavour to tailor our cabs to enhance your end users everyday working experience.

Minimum vibration

We work to ensure that vibration levels and frequencies are both low and optimal respectively. We use the best quality cab iso-mount systems available. We tailor the most suitable iso-mounts to each machine type, thus providing the best functionality. Not just for noise and vibration suppression, but also for assembly and service accessibility requirements.
