The Sekura Cabins Code of Conduct serves as a guide for our management, employees, and business partners, outlining how we, as a company, expect to behave with respect for each other and our surroundings.
The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to ensure that we act responsibly, ethically, and sustainably in all aspects of our work.
At any point of time, our employee can always contact their manager or HR if they experience situations that conflict with our principles in this Code of Conduct.
This Code of Conduct defines our values and how we work and collaborate at Sekura Cabins. Every leader is to lead by example and support their teams to ensure that our standards for ethical and responsible behaviour are upheld. All employees, regardless of job title or hierarchical position, are to understand and adhere to this Code of Conduct in their daily work.
The values and guidelines are communicated regularly and included in the onboarding process for new employees to ensure they are known and understood by everyone.
For management and employees, a violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspension, or, in severe cases, termination.

Sekura Cabins has also established an internal whistleblower scheme to ensure that everyone can anonymously share concerns about potential violations.
For business partners, repeated or serious breaches may result in contract termination and termination of cooperation agreements.
